As we pointed out in our previous articles due to school closings, children are involved in some business activities all day long, others roam the streets and the few who stay at home. At the beginning of my reports, in a part of the river Nyarugusu, I met several types of children and their swimming and fishing activities.

Today, a little boy who can be renamed the great fisherman of the moment has broken the record of finding several fish by an archaic fishing rod. The young fisherman explains to us that today is a day of grace for him and that his fish will not be sold, he will bring it home and his mother can prepare it as an evening meal.

What we found at the edge of Nyarugusu Creek is that some fishermen are looking for money and others are fishing for food. The little fisherman in the photo is fishing for food.
