Shukrani Matabishi, native of the refugee camp in Lugufu, Tanzania, currently residing in the USA leads the project, which aimed at the girls of the Nyarugusu refugee camp and leads it. Her love is attached to the young girls in the refugee camp. She said: "I decided to open this foundation because I have been in the camp for 14 years and I have seen a lot of young girls growing up without education. Most of them don't understand what some things are and I have seen a lot of parents that they don't teach their children a lot because when they come from Congo they were young too and also they get married early without understanding what marriage is. So I thought about it and I decided to make this generation understand that they have the power and they can do anything the more. I want to let them know that marriage should not be their first decision, I want to learn young people about a lot of things like self-esteem and how to love themselves. The young women also what small businesses can do, to make them go far instead of focusing on agriculture when the world is changing".
