A man in a tie is carrying water more than 20 meters from the reception center to his village B1+. The gentleman with a tie is serious according to his close neighbors but the children of the village make fun of him by following his behavior to the humility of his personality and several people testify that he is not at all normal. A neighbor who was with him at the tap explains to me that the gentleman with a tie speaks French from morning to night and that he writes notes all the time and that he generally picks up all the paper that is in his way.

Out of curiosity to know, I exchanged a few words in French with the gentleman in a tie: The man graduated from humanity in general pedagogy, arrived in Tanzania in the refugee camp in 2015 with his family. He added that: "I am an intellectual, a real pedagogue and I want to change my environment, I like cleanliness in the environment where I live." Finally, he ended by saying that “My little one is sick and my mother does not have the strength to transport the water. As a wise and intellectual man, we must solve this problem without complication."

According to our mind the man with the tie is normal except that his wisdom is strange for the people around him, he has his own way of living in his village compared to others and they judge him as a person who has a mental problem because he is different.
