Here in Nyarugusu this Sunday (29 March) the churches were open in conditions at each entry the refugees wash their hands, all the churches in the camps applied this method which was imposed by the Tanzanian authorities. Most refugees wonder if hand washing may be necessary and the only way to protect health from Covid-19? Today Sunday, almost all the families in Zone 1 have exposed the cans and soaps at the entrance to their plot to wash their hands.
