Marcelin was born in February 2020 at the hospital (Red Cross) in Nyarugusu, his parents are of Congolese origin. His father has been a refugee in Nyarugusu in Tanzania for more than 20 years and his mother has totaled 4 years in the life of the refugee from the beginning of January 2016 to the present day. Marcelin has a sister named Marceline who appears in our previous articles.
The majority of refugee girls and boys who fled their country of origin due to various problems since 2014-2018 are new parents here in Nyarugusu.
