Last weeks I had made a small tour in the refugee camp of Nyarugusu. During my tour at the road that separates zone 2 and zone 8 I met this old lady and I was interested to know what she does.
"I am a refugee woman and today I harvested the fruits of my banana tree and I decided to come here on the road so that the belly to the passerby.''
The old lady she is doing small business to solve some needs but due to lack of credit to start it she is gradually starting to harvest the crops she sows in her garden and put them on the street.
The banana on the picture is worth TSH1000 / $0.4 and she was there for a long time during the day to sell it. I was her best customer that day.
