Young girls and mothers enjoy their time by attending tailoring and sewing classes here at the camp. I met the finalists of Good Neighbors, Redeso and also in the private workshops. Everything is free except the private workshop. The advantage to those who do their training in NGOs are taking advantage of the certificates and some tools of the beginning of the profession. Some refugees who own sewing workshops also do training, but paying. All the finalists are able to work after the training, some have created their own fashion house and already have gainded customers in Nyarugusu camp. In this photo this lady told me that she did her training in Congo and when she arrived in Nyarugusu she started a training to remember well and learn again in a workshop of a finalist of Good Neighbors and after her training she will have her own workshop on her place.
