In Nyarugusu, to save food, some families eat only once a day and others twice a day. And that is why the majority of refugees boost vegetables to better manage the food situation of their families.

Of course, refugees recieve help every month from WFP, remember that this food is insufficient for refugees and that is why they manage their own way of mixing with vegetables and dried small fish called "kabuchungu", the most consumed in Nyarugusu.
